Your first 4 sessions are your diagnostic window. We assess your movement patterns, evaluate your Four Pillar integration, and build your personalized roadmap.

Session 1 includes movement diagnostics (FMS + functional assessment) + education on how the Fulcrum Method works. Session 2 includes your assessment review, personalized roadmap, and a workout. Sessions 3-4 are hands-on small group or one-on-one sessions where you experience the methodology firsthand.

Four Personalized Sessions Designed for Your Situation

Once we confirm we're a fit, your $297 investment covers four sessions designed specifically for you—not a template.

Here's what you experience:

Session 1: Personalized Diagnostic Assessment (2 hours) Your situation determines what happens. Some clients need comprehensive movement diagnostics (biomechanical assessment, movement screening, pattern analysis). Others need corrective protocols or functional testing. Session 1 is customized to reveal exactly what your body needs.

David personally conducts this assessment. You'll understand your baseline and what's limiting your optimization.

Session 2: Assessment Review + Personalized Roadmap (1-2 hours) David reviews your diagnostic findings with you in detail. You understand the data. Then he builds your personalized strategy across all four pillars—movement, nutrition, mindset, recovery.

If there's time, you'll experience what your training looks like. If not, your roadmap shows exactly what to expect.

Sessions 3-4: Community & Experience (Two Additional Sessions) Once you understand the methodology, you'll experience it in practice. These two sessions can be one-on-one or small group (your preference), depending on your goals and learning style. This is where you see the system in action and decide if ongoing training is right for you.

Fulcrum Honolulu is based at Ikaika Fitness Factory (815 Waimanu St, Kakaako). Depending on your preference and situation, sessions can also happen at your location or other spaces.

The flexibility of the model is one of its strengths—you train where it works for your life, not where it works for the facility.

Q: Is this a Fulcrum-owned facility?

A: David Levy partners with Ikaika Fitness to bring The Fulcrum Method to Honolulu. You'll train in their facility with full Fulcrum methodology, programming, and founder-led coaching.

Q: What's included in Honolulu training?

A: Full access to The Fulcrum Method including Matrix™ programming, personalized coaching, movement assessments, and nutrition guidance—everything that makes Fulcrum successful in Portland.

Q: How is this different from Portland?

A: You're training directly with Fulcrum's founder, David Levy—an opportunity Portland members rarely get. The methodology, attention, and results are identical; the difference is exclusive access. We are not offering teams at this time.

Q: How many clients do you take? A: To maintain the high-touch, personalized experience Fulcrum is known for, David works with a limited number of Honolulu clients. At this point we are maxing out at 25. Availability changes as the practice grows.
