A 30-minute conversation

Your concierge calls to learn about you — your goals, your history, what's worked before and what hasn't. They'll recommend a starting point that makes sense for your situation and your budget.

This is not a sales call. It's guidance from someone whose job is your success.

We set everything up for you

Your concierge handles the logistics — scheduling your first session with the right coach, getting you access to the facility, making sure you know where to park and what to wear. You just show up.

You train. We check in.

During your first weeks, your concierge stays in touch — not to sell you anything, but to make sure you're getting what you need. If something isn't working, we adjust. If you love it, we help you plan what's next.

Why a concierge instead of a sales team?

Most gyms hand you off to someone whose job is to close the deal. Our concierge team doesn't work on commission. They're wellness professionals whose only metric is whether you found the right fit.

That means if personal training isn't what you need, they'll tell you. If starting with Return to Fitness makes more sense than jumping into Team Training, they'll say so. Their job is to get you to the right place — even if it's the least expensive option we offer.
