Strength Education

Small Group Training

Groups of 4 with a coach. This is where you learn to lift — squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press — with proper technique and progressive loading. Whether you're brand new to barbell work or cleaning up years of bad habits, this is focused, hands-on strength education.

Personal Training

One-on-one with a coach who designs everything around you. Your goals, your limitations, your history. Maximum personalization for people who want or need that level of attention.

Community

Team Training

This is where it all comes together. Up to 20 members, one coach, and workouts built on our Matrix system — a rotating cycle of strength, conditioning, and high-intensity work. The programming isn't customized to you individually. You learn to customize it to yourself. That's the skill. That's the independence.

How it works for most people

You start with Experience Plus. Your concierge and your coach figure out where you belong. Maybe that's Return to Fitness or Small Groups to build your foundation. As you progress, you move into Team Training — the most affordable tier, the biggest community, and the place where the education clicks.

You understand the why behind the workout. You know how to scale, modify, and push. You can train at home on your own too, because you actually know what you're doing.

That's what Experience Plus is for. Two weeks, access to everything, a coach and a concierge helping you figure it out. You don't have to know before you walk in — that's our job.

What if I'm nervous about group training?

I've been training for years. Which Experience do I pick?

If you're coming from a similar training environment — CrossFit, Orange Theory, group strength — the $97 Experience is probably your fit. One personal session to learn our system, then you're off and running. If you want the full assessment and roadmap, go with Experience Plus.
