WHAT IS FULCRUM FITNESS TRAINING?
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Get the attention of personal training with the energy of being in a group! Small Group sessions max at 4 clients per session and work around the main barbell lifts (squat, bench, and deadlift).
TEAM TRAINING
Get fit and have fun in our high energy team sessions! Team training has up to 20 clients per session. You can expect a mix of strength and conditioning using free weights, resistance bands and more.
LOCATION & SCHEDULE
Fulcrum Fitness Training Pop-ups will be scheduled at Rose City Rec Room. RCRR is located on the south side of the Ford building, just through the parking lot located on SE Milwaukie Ave., south of Division.
