How long have you been a personal trainer?

About 2 years before Covid.

What is your favorite part about being a personal trainer?

Being able to help clients in whatever their goal may be and seeing results. I love success stories and celebrating them. It could be something as small as carrying all the grocery bags in one trip to hitting a personal record.

What are your favorite personal activities and hobbies?

I enjoy outdoor activities. Spartan Races. Reading. Movies, especially if it’s DC/Marvel or suspense/drama. 

What inspired you to get involved in health as a personal trainer?

I was inspired by the results I saw after hiring my first personal trainer. I had gained lots of weight, and was down on myself. Going to the gym and just sticking to cardio machines wasn’t doing it for me and I was afraid of hurting myself. The transformation I was physically and mentally after working with a trainer was awe inspiring.

What is your biggest goal with your client as their trainer?

This goes hand in hand with my favorite part about being a personal trainer. Helping them get results and seeing a big smile on their face throughout each accomplishment.
