The Fulcrum workout fuses metabolic conditioning with strength and flexibility training in a single, integrated workout. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, build strength and muscle, or just want to tone up, the Fulcrum workout provides the tools you need to be successful.


Fulcrum workouts are challenging and intense, yet fun and infinitely varied. We take several elements of the classic playground, and put an adult twist on them. We run, jump, swing, throw, row, jump ropes, climb, lift, hang, play wall ball, and generally keep things fresh, lively and fun.


We combine the motivational benefits of group and team fitness, with enough personal time to ensure that you are attaining optimum results. We’re intense, but humane. Here, you’ll work hard, but have a good time, and you’ll return to your daily life feeling invigorated, stronger, and more energetic.
