It's true, so we're here to help you get the accountability you need, and results you want. Hit the ground running with a Fulcrum Fitness Nutrition package.

Starting day one, you'll gain tools to get you on the path to success. We'll start strong with a goal setting introductory meeting to pinpoint exactly what your nutrition needs are by assessing where you are at right now, and where we're going to get you. We'll then review your current nutrition and based on the data from your Body composition test (the most accurate measurement of body composition available outside a research facility), make the necessary recommendations to get you on the path to weight loss success.

Month 1: 4 sessions: 2 hours of Nutrition Council for $125
  • Week 1: 1 hour: weigh in, inches, body scan, goal setting and strategy
  • Weeks 2-3, food journal review and discussion
  • Week 4: Weigh in, inches, body comp and success review
Month 2 and on: 1.5 hours for $100/month

Now that we have our strategy in place, we just fine tune it and keep the results coming.

  • Week 1-3 15 minute accountability/fine tune meetings
  • Week 4 30 minute Weigh in, inches, body comp and success review
