A Strong Body Requires a Strong Back

70% of people who suffer back injury will experience chronic back pain for the rest of their lives. We believe that with the right combination of strength, endurance, and awareness, this can be avoided!!

The Fulcrum Low-Back Fitness Program is designed from the ground up for people who have concluded physical therapy and/or are out of the “acute” phase of a lower back episode and are ready to begin living life without worrying about the next time their back will “pop,” leaving them to crawl around the house for the next few days.

For over eleven years, Fulcrum’s David Levy has worked alongside several local chiropractors and physical therapists in a post rehab role, and has built the Fulcrum Low-Back Fitness Program through those experiences, and through extensive training and workshops on the topic of lower back health, stability, and fitness.
