Fulcrum offers innovative group workouts, personal training, and in depth nutrition courses. Getting started is easy. Most people take advantage of our free week of classes to get a feel for our workouts. Once you’ve decided if our program is a good fit, we suggest one of two options: Enroll in our Foundations course or talk to us about Personal Training to acquire the fundamentals and build a skill set that you can carry with you for the rest of your life.
