A one-hour personal assessment with a Fulcrum trainer to set your fitness goals, discuss your fitness plan, and ensure you're using proper form.

  • An introduction to how we train
  • Facility tour and teaching of our basic movements

IN-SESSION HEART RATE MONITORING

Fulcrum’s Matrix Training sessions are all designed to work in sync with the MyZone Effort Tracking system so you can monitor your heart rate and track effort during your session. Heart rate monitored training is designed to reach and maintain a target zone that stimulates your cardiovascular system in ways that lead to fat loss and better long term health and performance. Using a Myzone monitor will help you hit your peak performance and get a better understanding of your own body!
