What's a Body Diagnostic assessment?
A one-hour personal assessment with a Fulcrum trainer to set your goals, reduce the risk of injury, and ensure you're practicing proper form in class from day one. The Body Diagnostic session includes the following:
- Medical history and health history review
- Goal assessment and setting
- Fitness assessment and measurements
- Introduction to functional movement
What should I wear to Fulcrum?
Please wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes.
What should I bring with me?
Please bring your own water bottle or you may purchase one here. Most clients also prefer to bring a small sweat towel. You don’t need any other equipment to get started!
Do I arrive early to my first appointment?
Nope! You'll fill out our liability waiver online before your first session, so all you need to do is show up on time. Please note that if you arrive five or more minutes late to your first appointment, you may need to reschedule your Body Diagnostic session.
Where are Fulcrum gyms located?
We have THREE conveniently located gyms in NE and SE Portland and Vancouver. View our Locations & Schedules page to learn more.
